I may have misunderstood what you said Goddaughter. I understand now what you meant in your ansewer. If you dont respect the members af your Organization something will happen to you. You will lose your place and the respect of your fellow members. Oh, that but at the end of my reply wasnt ment to be their alone, I know. I got cut while i was typing my reply. But to try and finish the sentance i will: But Woman can make critical decisions that affect their Organization. They can be more deadlier than their counterparts by the way they think. But it doesnt matter if your a Man or a Woman when running an Organization, Its the way you think that decides the outcome of your Organization.
