Gotti was a stand up guy, he got convicted, did he ever once think about becoming a RAT. No he didn't unlike that RAT FACED Sammy the Bull.
Didn't he violate mob rules by whacking Paul C. without permission? Get's hard to keep a business together when folks start taking out the leaders indescriminantly.
Well from what I've heard DP he did get permission from the other families, I've heard the other families gave their permission cause they were afraid Paul C would agree to become a government witness to avoid going to prison. Don't forget he was one of the defendants in the Commision case.
