Ciao tutti!
Having just recently seen Resevoir Dogs I've become a big fan of Tarantino's...but to my knowledge I've only seen 2 of his films (Resevoir Dogs and Killing Zoe). I noticed he also has an acting role in Desperado. But I'd really like to know of his other films (other than Pulp Fiction, Resevoir Dogs+Killing Zoe) and perhaps other films he has acted in. Could you mention some that would be worth renting/buying.
Happy Saint Patrick's Day, (yesterday) goddaughter :p

He also directed Jackie Brown and wrote the script for Natural Born Killers(although I hear that Oliver Stone made numourus changes to it). His next film is Kill Bill and will be out in cinemas later in the year.

'Pulp fiction' is great as is 'Reservoir Dogs', but also 'From Dusk til Dawn', 'True romance' (with James Gandolfini in if your a sopranos fan), and also 'Jackie Brown' are cool, i think. Oh and Also look out for his new film 'Kill Bill', out in October in Britain, don't know about the USA. hes got a voice-over part in Kill Bill i think

How is True Romance, anyway? I've never seen it. Tarantino is quite the sketch artist so i don't necessarily flock to his films. Though I think i'm used to Reservoir Dogs it just seems so pointless. Probably cost $5 bucks to make. haha

$5? I'd say even less than that, lol
True Romance is pretty cool, a special edition of it just came out in britain. its not as good as reservoir dogs/pulp fiction though.

Hey! I have seen Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction. I think R.S is a great film. And I think it was so great because it was different. It was a combination on thriller, drama, and John Woo style bloodshed. Pulp Fiction was an ok movie. I liked it, but it was not as good as R.S in my opinion. Quentin Tarantino was alright in Desperado. I didn't pay that much attention to him since Bandera's was killing like 20 people every 10 minutes There is a movie by Quentin Tarantino that I really wan to see I think its called True Romance.

Glad you enjoyed them! Tarantino is great.
It is called True Romance. Stars Christian Slater and Patricia Arquette. Supposed to be a great movie; as I've yet to see it myself. Make sure to return with your opinion.
I am surprised you have not seen True Romance yet. Did'nt you have an avatar of Clarence for about a day before Joey Ramone. Do yourself a favor turn off the computer and go rent or buy True Romance. It is a great movie with a terrific script and several great performances including one by Gary Oldman which is simply amazing. Also of Tarintino note is a movie called Four Rooms which is four short stories one of which is directed by Tarantino.

Wow sorry man. If I had the movie in my personal collection I would lend it to you ( via Mail)for a viewing being we are some what close in locations. But I would think that you and you friends can scrounge up five bucks and find someone with a video card.
It's not like Tarantino has a vast body of work. If he is your favorite you should see all the major releases that he has been involved with.
Good Luck

In the past four days I have seen my first two Tarantino flicks... Jackie Brown is an amazing piece of direction. The acting is superb. The story is great if not simple to follow. But most of all the characterization is better than anything else. Samuel Jackson tops the bill, and De Niro's cameo is unsurprisingly flawless! and... Reservoir Dogs totally blew me away. The first half-hour or so, especially after the credits, is possibly the best beginning to a movie I have watched! The filming is superb! Pink and White in the bathroom, with the camera watching them from the corridor outside--emphasises the expectation immensely! And the ear! Oh, the ear! Fantastic and original plot, with flawless acting and the direction just simply took over me! Mick
