This French movie Irreversible was pretty disturbing.
The nearly 10 minute long rape scene where Monica Bellucci gets sodomized is pretty hard to watch.
Also in the beginning of the movie where a guy gets his face smashed in with a fire extinguisher is pretty gruesome too.
