Hey Paul, we'll probably be bombarded with "BOOS" but I enjoyed Carlito's Way much more than I did Scarface. This is a very subjective point of view; in other words I can't say if it was a better film, better script, etc., BUT, it rang true with me and I really was saddened by the ending, because I wound up caring about Carlito's future. The characters were very realistic and Pacino's accent was better in Carlito's Way, although I've learned on this bb that the Scarface accent was deliberately 'over the top'. I also enjoyed the authentic NYC location.
