Well according to the script from Drew's Script-O-Rama.com it's Johnny Echoes...that was an early version of the script so obviously they changed it to Two Times. Just to check two times (no pun intended) I watched that scene on the DVD just now and it says JIMMY?! I could've sworn it was Johnny! I guess that script I saw was a first draft and was changed. To see the mention of him in this script, go to http://home.online.no/~bhundlan/scripts/Goodfellas.pdf and scroll down to the top of page 24.
