Maybe it's just me but I've really enjoyed some of De Niro's films which have lately come out after Heat.

Men of Honour,
Analyse This,
Ronin, and
15 Minutes.

I don't think of them as amazing films but sort of, sat down with a few beers chilling out for the evening type of film just to be enjoyed.
