Sick bastard.

Something else troubles me about this thing.

It is obvious that these IM's were not found a day or even a few days ago. The people or person who knew about these IMs had to have held onto them for a length of time. And by holding back this information they may have put this victim in more danger and could have also put others in danger of this sicko.

I think that while this perv is being investigated, another investigation needs to take place to find out who the person or people are who held on to this information for so long before finally releasing it.

If it is found out that the person or people who released these IMs had held on to them for a length of time, then they should be held accountable for being so negligent by not providing this information sooner than they did.
