Why isn't he being treated as a person with a mental illness...he can be rehabilitated! He is still a good person! He shouldn't go to jail, he should be sent to a facility where he can receive proper care and treatment to be reintroduced into society. It's you conservative assholes who have no remorse and would rather lock up a troubled person when they have a sickness.
