Plaw...I saw the story on fark.com which is a news aggregator, but it specializes in news of the weird and bizarre.

However, I recognized the publication because I'm familiar with Orange and Rockland County and I've actually been to Middletown when I worked (briefly...) for a company that was a subsidiary of a subsidiary of Orange & Rockland Utilities in 1993.

For you Discovery Channel fans, that region is also the home of the Tuttles of Orange County Choppers fame...
