Perhaps it's because I was always anemic, and my mother fed me liver as often as possible as a child, but I love liver of all kinds: calves liver, chicken liver, even turkey liver. Mr. Babe is famous for the turkey pate` he makes every Thanksgiving. And he likes liver, too. Perhaps that's why we've lasted together all these years!
