Sorry for the error of the "C" when it was "F". Why would Kay actually sleep in the sheet when both are married? Most married couples I know have their first letter initials but last name letter in the middle. Quite strange to sleep in the sheet when its someone else you married but wont share the name of the bed.

I guess Michael was still greiving over Apollonia's death. Michael just used Kay plain and simple. Apollonia should have lived and be his true Sicilian bride for life.
