I saw Godfather Part 2 2 weeks ago and today finally got the time to post this question.
In the scene at Tahoe estate, just before the shooting took place at Michael's bedroom, I noticed an odd error. When Kay was under the sheet, I saw it say "M C C". I knew it should say Michael Corleone and it should have said "K"ay but instead it had the letter "C".
Can anyone verify the error or what?

Grazie.... Sorry for the error of the "C" when it was "F". Why would Kay actually sleep in the sheet when both are married? Most married couples I know have their first letter initials but last name letter in the middle. Quite strange to sleep in the sheet when its someone else you married but wont share the name of the bed. I guess Michael was still greiving over Apollonia's death. Michael just used Kay plain and simple. Apollonia should have lived and be his true Sicilian bride for life.
