Experts have long claimed that alcohol can be good for you if you drink it responsibly. Two to three beers/glasses of wine for men and one to two beers/glasses of wine for women per day can lead to a healthier heart. I only abuse alcohol one or twice a month, so for the most part, I'll sit down and have a beer or two and be done.
