Lol! Lol! Hey I'm on his side bro. Just trying to warn him about the hit, that's all. I hope it isn't too late to call the whole thing off. :p Maybe it's just too late now and I should just shut up before I say something that will be misinterpreted and result in a Colombian hitsquad appearing at my doorstep...

Lol! Oh Lord! Better make my peace with The Almighty...Well here she goes...

Hail Mary, full of grace, The Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother Of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

1. In the Name Of Allah, The Most Compassionate, The Most Merciful.

2. All praise is due to Allah, The Cherisher and Sustainer of The Worlds.

3. The Most Compassionate, The Most Merciful.

4. Lord of the day of judgement.

5. Thee alone do we worship. And Thine aid alone do we seek.

6. Show us the straight path.

7. The path upon those on whom Though hast bestowed Thy grace, not the path of those whose portion is Thy wrath nor of those who go astray. Ameen.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed by Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Inna lilahi wa inna ilaihi rajeeoon. - From Allah we have come and to Allah we shall return. Ameen.

And finally, in the words of Homer Simpson, "Jesus, Allah, Buddha! I love you all!!!" Lol! Lol!

"I swear to God - I didn't know it was gonna be a hit..."

Signor V.

"For me, there's only my wife..."

"Sure I cook with wine - sometimes I even add it to the food!"

"When life itself seems lunatic, who knows where madness lies?"

"It was a grass harp... And we listened."

"Do any human beings ever realize life while they live it? Every, every minute?"

"No. Saints and poets, maybe... they do some."

Signor Vitelli, you're nothing to me now. You're not a brother. You're not a friend. I don't want to know you or what you do... :p

DC - Any update on Mikey? I didn't hurt him too bad, did I?

:p [/b][/quote]Well first I heard that this is what took place outside of Rocky Toto's restaurant after I pulled away :

[Don malta's car appears, screeches to a halt. He gets out]

DON MALTA (as he throws a broken bottle at Mikey Montana)

"Mikey, come'ere! -- come'ere!, come'ere!, come'ere!

(then, after catching him after a short chase and beating him)

You bastard!"

[Don malta punches and kicks Mikey Montan while bodyguards hold back on-lookers. Mikey Montana screams when Don Malta bites his knuckles which are clenched to a metal fence. Don Malta slams a beer can on Mikey's head over and over. The one-sided fight continues until Mikey Montana ends up motionless on his back in the downpour of an open bottle of stolis that Don Malta was drinking]

DON MALTA (exhausted):

"You touch -- my Stoli Martini again, I'll kill ya."

------------------------------------------------------

When I went to the hospital to see him this is what happened ;

CUT TO: The hospital (10:30pm). Mikey Montana arrives by ambulance.

CUT TO : (10:55pm) Don Cardi enters the quiet hospital to
find no one at the nurse's station. He walks down the hall to check an office, and only sees a half-finished sandwich on a desk. He runs down the hall and up the stairs towards Mikey Monatna's room. He pauses, noticing there is no guard outside the door. He walks around the corner up to Room #2 and hesitates before he pushing the door open. His friend Mikey Montana is in the bed, and Don Cardi wonders if he's alive. He walks up to the Mikey.

-night NURSE (entering the room): "What are you doing here? You're not supposed to be here now!"

DON CARDI : "I'm Don Cardi-- this is my friend."

(then)

"There's nobody here. What happened to the guards?"

NURSE : "Mr. Montana just had too many visitors. They interfered with hospital service. The police
made them leave about ten minutes ago."

[As the nurse checks the Mieky Mo0ntana's pulse, Cardi picks up the phone]

DON CARDI(into phone): " Ah, Get me, ah, Long Beach-4-5620, please...

(then, to nurse, who was leaving the room)

Nurse, wait a minute. Stay here."

(then, into phone)

"Smitty -- DC. I'm at the hospital."

DON SMITTY's VOICE (over the phone) : "Yeah?"

DON CARDI (into the phone): " Listen -- I got here after Rocky Toto's. There's nobody here."

SMITTY's VOICE (over the phone): " What? Nobody?"

DON CARDI(into the phone): " Nobody... no no no SC's men, no detectives, nobody. Mikey Montana is all alone."

DON SMITTY'S VOICE (over the phone): "Don't panic -- I'll send somebody... "

DON CARDI (loudly): "I won't panic!"

[hangs up the phone]

NURSE

I'm sorry; but you will have to leave.

DON CARDI (as he checks to see if the bed would fit through the doorway): "Uhh... You and I are gonna moo -- move my friend to another room. Now can you disconnect those tubes so we can move the bed out?"

NURSE : "That's out of the question!"

DON CARDI : " You know my friend, Mikey Montana? Don Malta is coming here to finish the job and kill him. You understand? Now help me, please."

[Cardi and the nurse roll Mikey's bed to another room. We hear a door close, then footsteps are heard coming up the stairs as Cardi peers from the doorway. A man holding a cheesecake seems to be looking for a room]

DON CARDI (coming out of hiding): " Who are you?"

DMC : "I am DonMichaelCorleone, the nice college boy -- Do you remember me?"

DON CARDI : " DonMichaelCorleone..."

DMC : " Yes, DonMichaelCorleone..."

DON CARDI : "You better get out of here, DMC; there's gonna be trouble..."

DMC : "If there is trouble, I stay here to help you. For your friend -- for your friend."

DON CARDI : " Alright... Listen, wait for me outside in front of the hospital. Alright? I'll be out in a minute.
Go ahead..."

DMC: "Okay... okay. But what about this cheescake that I brought from The Tuscanny Grill?"

DON CARDI: (grabbing and tossing the cheesecake that DMC is still holding)

"Get rid of theis frozen cheescake."

(then, as DC turns DMC's collar up)

"Come 'ere... Put your hand in your pocket like you have a gun. You'll be alright."

(then, after he sighs)

"You'll be okay..."

[A black sedan pulls up to the front of the hospital. The occupants, Don Malta, Signor Vitelli and Plawrence look at Don Cardi and DMC, as Cardi undoes a button of his coat and puts his hand in, as if he had a gun. The car then drives off]

[In the black sedan }

DON MALTA : "He's still alive. I hit him with five empty Stoli Maritini glasses outside of Rocky Toto's, and he's still alive! Well that's bad luck for me, and bad luck for you Vitelli if you don't make that deal now!

Actually, the infamous Cheesecake Infamia was recounted (at my request), in grisly detail, by Don Cardi over dinner - for the benefit of Signora V., myself, and anyone in the restaurant within earshot who did not know the story.

BTW, I hear that "cheesecake overshoes" may soon replace the traditional cement as being more efficient and far less buoyant.

A reference to The Surly Waiter and the Frozen Cheesecake can be found on The Godfather Trilogy board in The Godfather in other movies thread.

Are you trying to imply that I was speaking loudly when I told the story?

Yeah, sure, my speaking loudly caused unneeded attention from the others in the restaurant, but the guy running around the place putting fake mustaches on everyone didn't? :p

Hmmm...Reviewing what I wrote, I should have said "in the room" instead of "in the restaurant".

The old man had too much wine...or was it beer?
