I have belonged to a gym for years. LOVE IT.

Pilates 2x a week
Power yoga 2x a week
Weightlifting 1x a week (Pilates/Yoga has a lot of strength training)
Run 4x a week (sometimes indoors, sometimes outdoors +30 miles a week).
