However, in his presidency, during the war of 1812, Madison approved the second national bank. [/b][/quote]Double-J I'd have to look back through my notes but I am almost positive Madison didn't have any real feelings about the Bank, I think it was Jefferson who was against the bank but as we both know if Jefferson decided he didn't like Madison then Madison wouldn't like Madison either
