I dunno about that...still waiting to find out who the hell is "Max" - that guy from the 2nd season who was behind evrything, and also the one who sent Mandy to "shake hands" with Palmer at the end of season 2.

I think we might have seen/heard about him again since then...but he's still an 'unturned stone', is he not?

--as for Logan being part of the Air Force attack - I dont think so. Take a look at Logan's face when Keeler tells him on the phone to be ready to take over in case he wont make it.
This is a private call where no one sees Logan's face, and we see that hes genuinely shocked to hear the bad news from Keeler.
