Well, I suppose it's that time of year again.

We all go nuts finding our friends gifts, trying to get that dame with the beautiful golden locks under the misletoe with us and yet we go and forget the true purpose of Christmas.

In this day and age we've gone and replaced Jesus with Santa Claus, the Apostles with Elves, Heaven with the North Pole, with this, the greatest of Holidays loosing it's soul.

Sure, we celebrate it because of the birth of Jesus but hell, Christmas is more than just commerciallity and religious tradition. It's an opporitunity to embrace family, friends and to bring in light to our hearts.

Call it a rant if you like but I had to share my thoughts with you all.

So I close this post with Good Night, Good Luck & Merry Christmas.

ON that note, favorite Christmas songs:

1. Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas (1944/Judy Garland/Hugh Martin & Ralph Blaine)
2. Silent Night (1991/Frank Sinatra/Joseph Mohr & Franz Gruber)
3. The Christmas Song (1961/Nat King Cole/Mel Torme & Robert Welles)
4. White Christmas (1942/Bing Crosby/Irving Berlin)
5. An Old Fashioned Christmas (1964/Frank Sinatra/Sammy Cahn/James Van Heusen)
