45 degrees hu? A heat wave. :p Still, make sure you leave some hot chocolate and cookies for Santa. Poor chubby guy will be out in the cold all night.

Our forecast for Christmas day will be a beautiful 80 degrees they say. Ok, so I'll rub it in. :p I prefer having a White Christmas in my heart, but a beautiful sunny day in "real life." :p
