I believe, if convicted, the sentence was 20 yrs. No doubt, he won't get that much. Speculation has it that Fitzgerald is insisting on "some" amount of jail time, which of course Libby doesn't want. I'm guessing Fitzgerald is trying to get Libby to flip, but I'm hearing how he won't ever flip. He may be counting on a pardon, who knows?
