Thanks for the honest/fair reply DC! You're correct, all the facts are NOT out yet. However, to me, an indictment is a little more that a blind accusation. As far as Libby/DeLay goes anyway. The Grand Jury apparently found enough information to bring him to trial (as opposed to just pointing a finger). By all accounts that I've read, Libby isn't disputing what he testified to, but is going to use the "I forgot" defense, which, from what I've read also, isn't the best defense.
