I'll start off by saying that you are one sided in your thinking. You want the seperation of church and state to apply to keeping the words UNDER GOD out of the pledge, but when the tables are turned, you don't want to recognize seperation of church and state because now a religious organization wants tp apply it to protect themselves. You can't have it both ways my friend. What's good for the goose, is good for the gander.
