Yes, if the government finds out you'd have to marry each other or else which you don't want to know what that is.
Plus, it is not an acceptable thing to do for most part in our family tradition. It is way too liberal to happen here say for another 50 years.
No, you'll not be arrested if you have sex out of marriage, but it is again not acceptable by our family traditions.
