Edit: Now that I think about it, probably nearly all waiters in Manhattan can imitate Tony Montana - since it is a known fact that almost all of them are really unemployed actors! (They'd think you were offering them an audition!)
Now, whether they could do it with the talent, flair and panache of our friend Franco at La Veranda...I doubt it.
