Mig, if anything, your reason for cancelling, if God forbid you do have to cancel, is a totally understandable one.

I know that you really want to attend and also know that you really hope that you don't NEED to cancel because of the situation that has arisen.

As a matter of fact We ALL hope that you don't NEED to cancel because of your personal situation.

If we get to see you next weekend, it will be good for 2 reasons :

A) We get to see you.

and

B) It means Grandma Slade is still here with us.
