I can understand that... I was uneasy enough about Chicago that I drove, cuz it was the 9/11 Anniversary weekend at the country's busiest airport. And I was uneasy about San Fran a couple months ago, for no reason, but I did it and had no problems! But it'd be different for me during these threats... I hope it blows over and things get back to normal before your trip! But at the same time, the odds are pretty slim (around zero actually) with 1000s of flights per day, day after day, month after month, without incident - so I wouldn't worry too much!
