YES...the Pizza Rustica, my sister makes that too. 'Almost' burnt is ok...personally I prefer a crispy crust...and will only eat it when heated. I think cold pizza rustica is gross.
And the 'bird's nest' sweetbread, with the hardboiled egg in the middle.
I tell you, Easter is to ricotta what Thanksgiving/Christmas is to pumpkin!
