well the big bust has come down. many big names arrested across the board and lots of evidence and information has been gathered. and there for the prosecutors will lie their biggest problem, one that has dogged mafia prosecutions since proj clemenza, how to analyze, translate and process such mountains of evidence in a timely manner before the courts. the criminal lawyers are better at this than the prosecution this has been shown in the past, but it is really the quebec/canadian justice system that is the prosecutors biggest enemy with its weak laws and propensity to award jordan decisions.
