He called President Putin 'crazy' and warned in a post on social media of 'the downfall of Russia' if Putin tries to take over all of Ukraine.

Trump changes tack Until now, Putin seemed to be able to do little wrong in the eyes of the American president. 'But maybe he will now realize that Putin is trying to play him. Which everyone already knew.' Bosman thinks that the American decision to loosen the restrictions on the long-range weapons supplied has something to do with that. German Chancellor Friedrich Merz announced today that Ukraine's Western allies have immediately lifted all restrictions on those long-range weapons.

However, these missiles have a range of 300 kilometers, which allows Ukraine to attack Russian targets far behind the front with ballistic missiles. Up until now, Ukraine has also carried out such attacks, but with drones of its own making.
The US has not yet commented on the decision, but according to Merz the decision was unanimous. Germany was also against lifting the restriction under the previous government.
