Of all the major OMGs,(Big Four or Big Five), the Pa#an's come in at the bottom of the list for a number of reasons,

1) No International Chapters.

2) No major revenue generating businesses. Their main earnings are from drug trafficking,owning or extorting Strip Clubs,motorcycle theft,
occasional debt collection for bookies,etc.

3) They pride themselves on the fact that although they may be"poorest" OMG,they are the most violent.

4) They will pretty much take anybody. In my neck of the woods, there was 1%er Club named the Bre#d.
Several guys who couldn't make it as a prospect for them got patched by the Pa#an's'

5) In the course of the "Blue Wave" (the national expansion drive started by their last President), new guys could buy their patches.
They also "Patched in" street gangs who seldom,if ever rode bikes. A lot of them were Hispanic,which did not go over well with senior members.

Because of this,they have lost a lot of respect from other 1% Clubs,as well as their own old school members who had to earn their Colors.
If you would have told me 10 years ago that a Hispanic man would be a member of the "Mother Chapter" and serve as Nat'l Vice President,I would have bought 1/2 a kilo of whatever the hell you were on.
