FAIRMONT, W.Va (WDTV) - One of the six men arrested in relation to a Pagan motorcycle club murder in Marion County was indicted Tuesday.
The Marion County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office released 14 additional indictments after day two of the grand jury’s October term, and Ryan Lane was included.
Lane, 37, was indicted on one count of first-degree murder, one count of organized criminal enterprise and one count of conspiracy to commit murder.
