is sex trafficking the same as having sex in traffic? I hope not because sitting in traffic is boring and having a hooker in the car is great way to make the time go by. Just my two cents.

The Diddy trial is absolutely nauseating. I've heard plenty of stories over the years, but seeing them confirmed on the witness stand is something else entirely. This guy would actually urinate in his woman's mouth and then insist on having sperm from male escorts rubbed across his chest. To each his own, but damn lol
Not sure how I can enjoy Juicy after this
But you had to play it cool, had to do it your way Had to be a fool, had to throw it all away

bisexual
He is a rare bird. I know plenty of bi sexual people in the past that don't piss in peoples mouths or rub cum all over themselves from multiple males. He's got a twisted fucked up mind.
I blame it on the drug binges he was doing when these parties happened.

For now prosecution wants to paint a picture of his violent character and lifestyle. We still have to see how they are going to link it to racketeering and sex trafficking.

Proving racketeering isn’t nearly as difficult as many believe. Credible witness accounts of him and his associates using threats to enforce compliance are generally enough to build a solid case. Considering his violent behavior is a matter of public record, substantiating those claims isn't exactly an uphill battle.

You would think they would have gotten him on wiretaps before bringing this before a Jury. I wonder if they have any?
I agree with you Hollander. A bad image, accusations & reputation isn't enough to send someone to prison for the rest of their life.
As of right now under law the jury would have to find him not guilty. No matter the type of character they think he is, you must stay within the law when reaching a verdict.

I've been reading through the trial transcript as it's coming in, and one thing that really stands out is when Cassie described how Puffy told his crew to go after Suge with guns when one of them saw him at a nearby diner. According to Cassie, Puffy wanted to be right in the middle of it. He changed clothes, armed himself and then they went straight to the spot where Suge was supposed to be. A picture is being painted for the jury and it ain't Gandhi.
I only have two words: Las Vegas

That was a state case H lol. OJ was never hit with federal charges. Yeah, the feds have a roughly 95% conviction rate. His lawyers are his best hope, but it's an uphill battle for him, I believe.

Combs used industry clout to control Cassie Ventura's career and avoid consequences, music editor says From CNN's Maureen Chowdhury Sean “Diddy” Combs controlled Cassie Ventura’s career through her record deal with his company and his clout in the industry as a whole, Jem Aswad, executive music editor at Variety, told CNN today.
By 2011, Ventura had only made one album, even though she signed a 10-album deal with Combs’ label, Bad Boy Records. Aswad described Ventura as a “mid-level star at the time.”
He said that while most record companies signed similar long-term deals, seven albums was usually the standard. Aswad said Ventura’s terms were “very restrictive,” adding that a deal like that “locks you up for your career and then some.”
And Aswad said that, despite Combs developing a reputation around the industry for having a temper and even being violent, the fear he struck in others insulated him from consequences and kept certain things from coming to light.
“He was one of the most powerful people in the music business for 20-some years because he was so wealthy and because he had so many people who were willing not only to do what he wanted, but were very afraid to speak out against him. Now, I’ve been in the industry, ever since he first started coming around basically, and you heard about his temper, you heard people were afraid of him, the violence was a matter of public record. I did not hear about ‘Freak Offs,’ I did not hear about a lot of these things that are coming to light now, and neither did a lot of people that I know,” Aswad said.

No big names of who attend the parties have come out. That is the strangest part of the case, I think many in the music and entertainment community had to have been at these parties, none were called by either side to testify. So far. Even the woman suing has not named who was there. If she has, I missed it. Have ny famous people's names come up? A DiCaprio, DeNreo, J-Zee?

Justin Bieber not a victim of Sean 'Diddy' Combs, his rep tells media
Singer Justin Bieber was not a victim of Sean "Diddy" Combs but supports others who were and are seeking justice from the hip-hop mogul facing federal sex trafficking charges, TMZ and People reported on Friday, quoting Bieber's representative
Those freak offs were just for a chosen few. De Niro wasn't urinating on Cassie lol
Correct, it was a secret life that Diddy didn't want many knowing about. That is why they always took place after pretty much everyone left to go home.

1 hr 6 min ago Prosecution and defense now discussing Dawn Richard's testimony about Combs' threats Prosecutors and Sean “Diddy” Combs’ defense attorneys are now having a discussion about former Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard’s testimony.
Earlier, Judge Arun Subramanian indicated they would sidebar over a defense objection to Richard’s description of threats Combs made.
Just before the judge dismissed the jury for the day, Richard, who worked for Combs in the mid-2000s, testified that after she and another woman saw Combs attack Cassie Ventura, he encouraged them not to say anything about the assault.
The next day, Combs asked Richard and the other woman, Kalenna Harper, to come to his home. He brought them into a recording studio, locked the door, and told them that what they witnessed was “passion” and what lovers do, Richard testified.
Combs told them “it was in our best interest if we didn’t say anything” and that “where he comes from people go missing if they talk,” Richard testified. He then gave them flowers, she said.

Combs told them “it was in our best interest if we didn’t say anything” and that “where he comes from people go missing if they talk,” Richard testified.
And it's precisely those kinds of threats that make up a racketeering case.
