Bulgaria has given the green light to the delivery to Italy of Daniel D'Alessandro, known as "Bellebuono", arrested on April 11 for the murder of the historic Inter ultra leader Vittorio Boiocchi, killed by gunshots on October 29, 2022 outside his home in Milan. The arrest came from one of the strands of the maxi-investigation on the San Siro curves, by order of the investigating judge Daniela Cardamone, which also involved the now former collaborator and former leader of the Nord Andrea Beretta, who admitted to having been the instigator of the killing for the merchandising deal and other businesses linked to the management of the Inter curve.
The Boiocchi Murder
Tomorrow D'Alessandro, the alleged perpetrator with Pietro Andrea Simoncini, linked to the 'ndrangheta, should arrive in Italy to be transferred to prison . In the interrogations before the investigating judge, all the arrested, mentioned by Beretta in the reports with evidence later acquired in the investigations of the Flying Squad of the Police, had availed themselves of the right to remain silent, including Marco Ferdico, who was on the board of directors of the Nord, and his father Gianfranco - to whom Beretta, the alleged instigator, as reported, would have given 50 thousand euros for the murder - and also Cristian Ferrario, who registered the scooter used by the perpetrators. It is not excluded, however, that in the next few days someone may decide to be questioned by the prosecutors.
The latest investigation
Meanwhile, in the latest strand that led to 7 arrests for usury, extortion and false invoices in the investigation coordinated by prosecutors Storari, Ombra and Lesti, today in front of investigating judge Domenico Santoro the interrogations of the detained suspects began. Tomorrow morning Mauro Russo, former exponent of the Nord, former partner of Paolo Maldini and Bobo Vieri (not involved in the investigation) and above all alleged intermediary in the extortion on the parking business around the San Siro stadium, will be heard.
