Block 6 is a bloc in Anjou, with a gang that is moslty arabs (the HotMali boys), they are at war with another arab gang from the neighborhood of Saint-Leonard, they are at EGK.
I find it funny that all the gangs that J.E memtionned are all gangs that have rap videos.
What about the gangs that don’t have rappers, and are really actives ?
Make me wonder if J.E only went on Youtube and made a list of gangs from Youtube.
Both the
JDM article you posted and the
J.E TV program indicate that the source is the Service de police de la Ville de Québec. In the TV program, the 8 gangs were listed against a background that contained the SPVQ logo, which was just to the right of the list.
