But if you’re referring to the indictment that came down in NJ, naming him along with Manna and others, (from my memory) I think the murder the feds refer to was Irwin Schiff, who was killed while dining in a Midtown Manhattan restaurant. As far as the 3 murder conspiracies go, I think it was the ‘unexecuted plot’ to murder John Gotti and several followers.
