He also maintained strong connections with gang-affiliated individuals, most notably James 'Jimmy Henchman' Rosemond, the legendary Brooklyn crime boss currently serving a life sentence for murder and drug trafficking, and Eric 'Von Zip' Martin, the Harlem drug lord who played a significant role in introducing Puffy to Wendell 'Big Wynn' Prince and Duane 'Keefe D' Davis, the top shot-callers for the Burris clique of the South Side Compton Crips. This gang, as many are already aware of, provided security for Puffy whenever he needed protection on the West Coast during the early days and was also responsible for the murder of Tupac, with key assistance from Von Zip, who is alleged to have supplied the murder weapon. Another individual who is often forgotten is well known to members of this forum, and that is Gambino powerhouse Andrew Campos, Puff's old friend from Mount Vernon.
