For me Trump should send the army for destroy the cartels killing men by men like Cesare Mori in 1920s in Sicily.
Yeah, cause Mori totally succeeded in wiping out the Mafia causing it to never ever return Worked like a charm alright. We are supposed to learn from history, not repeat it over and over.
