When I see names like Jayquan and Donnisha, I just shake my head in disbelief. These are ultra violent, low IQ thugs that serve absolutely no purpose in this world. They are no better than the cartels or ISIS. Maybe a few years in the supermax prison in El Salvador will scare them somewhat straight.
