good idea on a new thread bmobs the street gang scene in mtl/qc has changed for sure and to think of it as small street level bangers across the board is not correct. for sure these smaller gangs do exist but they are not on same level as arab power or the BFM. these larger more connected gangs import there own drugs, have been fighting HA for territory and winning and taking over other rackets like extortion.
i believe though that you can put all boivin as allied with BFM and turmel. that is another thing that is noticeable is the alliances these larger gangs have been making with each other making them equally as strong as some HA chapters and their support clubs.
