I'm sure he'll get hit by one one day. But he writes about criminals who aren't prone to suing. Acting like that's proof of anything is stupid. If you have followed the shit he's written and know his track record you'd know how much shit he out rght makes up and how many times he's been caught lying. None of his garbage should be shared until he can prove to be a reliable and credible reporter.
