«The relationship between my group and the Nirta of San Luca – Pasquino continued – began in 2017 because they needed a “climb” from the ports of Brazil», because until then they «had only imported from Buenos Aires (where they had restaurants, including one called “San Luca” I think near the casino and one, whose name I don’t remember, near the Town Hall)» , Pasquino continued. After the break between us and the platioti, «Michelangelo Versaci and Patrik Assisi asked us to find serious people to work with. It is at this moment, as I have already explained, that the relationship with the Nirta group began», the broker explained. The meeting with the CCP
And, as Vincenzo Pasquino also recounts, «it is at this moment that a meeting was organized in San Paolo to reach an agreement with the PCC». At the end of the meeting it was then decided to start a collaboration on equal terms between the PCC and the San Luca group, «whereby each financed 50% of the batch of cocaine to be imported into Italy», explained Pasquino whose task «was to guarantee the passage of money». Therefore «50% of the PCC cocaine that arrived in Gioia Tauro was sold by the San Luca group, mostly in northern Italy and Sicily, and by us in Turin. The PCC sold us the cocaine at 5,000/5,500 euros per kg, which became 7,500/7,000 euros per kg with the “climb” price». As explained by Pasquino, therefore, the part of the PCC to be sold in Italy «had the minimum agreed price between 23,000 and 25,000 euros».
A single “group”
After the San Paolo meeting, a single organization was created, composed of the Turin group, the Guardavalle group and the San Luca group. "All together we took care of the recovery of the drugs from the port of Gioia Tauro and the subsequent sale", said the broker Pasquino, "we in Turin were more inclined to sell the cocaine in bulk directly at the port, so as to avoid the risk of seizure" while the San Luca group and in particular Stefano Nirta "did not accept to sell the drugs upon arrival, having an interest in receiving and selling them personally also in Northern Italy, where they had a branch". Because, as explained by the drug broker, the San Luca group "intended to demonstrate their presence externally and the traceability of the cocaine that was being sold to them".
