China? You haven't noticed that in the last few decades (starting in the 80s) the US has been moving lots of military and industrial intelligence to China. And lets not forget that China has been sending its Economics students to the US for years. And the outsourcing alone ... They are planning on becoming the leading economic power in the world. Hardly communist.
