Carmine Salvatore (Tutti) Franzese was the "nephew" of Sonny Franzese. He was the son of Sonny's older brother, Mike Franzese. He was not a son.

His nickname Tutti is derived from his middle name Salvatore. Tutti, a shortened version of "Turiddo," is a very common nickname for Salvatore.
