What is the point of listing 90 year old guys as a top associate? WTF?

There are younger guys that are associates of the Outfit that are currently more important than this Porky gentleman. Why would he not list one of them?
I feel the same way about New England. How can you list Timmy Mello lol I don't understand it. I mean in the heyday the guy is on this list, twice on Sunday. But you mean to tell me between Providence and Boston there aren't any younger associates? lol
