Again, by the end of 1993 Infelise didnt have the time or space to direct the Cicero crew obviously because he was going to jail. Spano Sr was his successor.

Al Pilotto was already in jail since 1982/83 and his crew was first inherited by Dom Palermo, and later by Al Tocco. After Toccos imprisonment, Palermo was bought back as leader of the Chi Heights crew.

Yeah, the captains are just straight from the FBI lists so they would not be too accurate when it comes to the actual crews
