Charles Cassano was the only known Chicago associate in Peoria that I know about. After he got out of service after WW2 he hooked up with a Chicago soldier Frank Lisciandrello around 1950s, and helped with the bank as the Shelton brothers ran gambling and bookmaking in the area. I believe Charlie was loyal only to Frank and considered him is friend. After Frank passed away in 1975, Charles moved away from the scene and was more into the legit business. Someone might know more don't know about the others, but it is possible.
