One i learned about recently : Colombo soldier Joseph "Joe Brewster" DeDomenico was the son of Joseph Delmonico, a Gambino soldier.

Apparently Joe Brewster changed his name from Delmonico to DeDomenico.

Another rare occurence of a father and son being made into two different families.
