Paris 2024 | Karolien Florijn takes gold in the skiff - More success on the water
Karolien Florijn has won the fifth gold for the Netherlands, the fourth in rowing. The 26-year-old Dutch more than lived up to her role as favourite in the skiff. Silver went to Emma Twigg from New Zealand, Victorija Senkute (Lithuania) finished third.

And also a silver and bronze in rowing and bronze in windfoiling.

It shows how great Holland on and in the water is. The Netherlands has a unique relationship with water: it is both our best friend and our worst enemy.
