Here’s the challenge.…
The six hoodlums listed below were each connected to NYC-based Families, and each had a nickname relating to food items. Two were with the Gambino Family, and four were with the Bonanno Family. Your job is to identify each man by listing his REAL “first and last name” and match it with the (letter) of his nickname.
Have at it fellas….
A) Joe Strawberry B) Lemons C) Ronnie Mozzarella D) Stevie Beef E) The Egg F) Charlie Fish
D) Is Steve Cannone w/ the Bonannos Thats called a Bingo! Good job, Lou.

F) Charles "Charlie Fish" Miceli, but I thought he was with the Columbos. You're correct. There is a Charlie Fish with the Colombos. But this Charlie Fish is Charles DeBernardo, with the Bonannos. (I knew that. That's why I specified which family to consider.) The Bonanno thing kind of threw me off. Ah, you gimme the old razzle-dazzle,ya young whippersnapper. Great quiz, though.

So you think you're a wiseguy and "Ha! Ha! Funny, is that it, Lou? Lol.
This is a clear "violation" of the official "Joke Rules & Regulation Booklet." You got the wrong thread. This response needs our trusty "joke" thread, so you'll be getting a ticket in the mail. -
On a more serious note...there's only 1 name left to decipher, that of Joe Strawberry. Any idea on who this could be? He might be the toughest one yet.
PS: And although I realize that with my next statement, that I too, will now be in violation of the Joke Rules & Regulations Booklet, I just can't resist, lol.... "I think with this last guy you, (just like Napoleon) may have just met your "Water Lou." LOL

There is a newspaper article about a Joseph Amoroso aka "Joe Strawberry" that IDs him as a Lepke lieutenant but outside of that and a listing as an unconfirmed member (no family noted) on Bill Feather's site, I wasn't able to find anything further

Thats excellent, Joe! You nailed him. Joe Strawberry was Joseph Amoroso. Well, it looks like you two guys made short work out of this particular challenge. Lol. Once again, kudos to both you and Lou_Para for a job well done.
